All products purchased in our online store are covered by a 2-year warranty. Only hidden defects caused by the manufacturer are subject to complaint. Mechanical damage is not subject to complaint. We reserve a 14-day time to consider the complaint.
HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT?
- Complete the complaint form ( PDF ) ;
- Submit a complaint by writing an email to the following address: contact@nudyess.com , attaching the completed form and photos of the defective product;
- In the case of a stationary purchase, also attach a scan of the receipt confirming the purchase to the report;
- After receiving your complaint, we will contact you to arrange the details of the complaint procedure.
