Loyalty program rules - Nudyess Family

NUDYESS FAMILY is a loyalty program where you can collect points and exchange them for special SHOPPING VOUCHERS.

Every user who wants to become a member of Nudyess Family must create a Customer account. The list of available actions rewarded with points is available below and in the bottom right corner of the screen after logging into your account. Points are accumulated in your Customer account balance and can be exchanged for discount coupons.

* Loyalty points are credited to orders after 21 days. After this period, they will be automatically added to your account.

* Points for creating an account and subscribing to the Nudyess newsletter will be credited within 24 hours.

* Points for adding a product review will be credited after the review has been verified.

* Points for providing your date of birth are awarded on your special day.

Users are informed via email about every change in their balance.

The loyalty program applies only and exclusively to prepaid orders, and discount coupons are one-time use. Users can exchange points for rewards while logged into their customer account. The discount used from loyalty points will be applied to your entire order.

What is Nudyess Family?

Nudyess Family is a loyalty program, designed especially for regular customers of the Nudyess store. As part of the program, customers receive points in exchange for performing specific actions, and then exchange the collected points for prizes.

How to join Nudyess Family?

After creating a Customer account, each store user automatically becomes a member of the Nudyess Family program. The program is active and will accrue points when the user is logged into their account.

I already have a customer account, how do I receive points?

If the user already had a customer account before Nudyess Family started, the account must be verified. In this case, click the Nudyess Family icon located in the lower right corner of the screen and select the "Receive points" tab. Find the "Create Customer Account" item on the list and click the verify button. After a moment, an e-mail will be sent asking to verify the account. Points will be assigned when verification is successful.

How do I redeem points for specific rewards?

You must log in to your Customer account. After collecting the appropriate number of points, to exchange points for a prize, click the "Nudyess Family" icon located in the lower right corner of the device screen. In the "Get a prize" tab, the Customer selects the prize and clicks the "Use" button. After this, the user receives an email with a special discount coupon. The received coupon should be copied and pasted into the appropriate field when placing the order.

Is there a minimum order amount to receive points?

There is no minimum order value threshold for points to be awarded. Each order placed, paid for and not returned is awarded a corresponding amount of points.

Do the points obtained have an expiry date?

No. Accrued points have no expiration date and do not expire. They can be exchanged at any time for rewards specified by the points.

Are the discount vouchers received valid?

Yes, discount vouchers received as part of redeemed points are valid for use within 365 days from the date of receipt.

From what order amount can I deduct the received shopping voucher?

The minimum order amount must be at least PLN 199 to use the shopping voucher.

Can I use more than 1 discount voucher?

When placing an order, the Customer may use only 1 discount voucher at a time.

Can I use both a promotional code and a discount voucher?

Unfortunately, at this time it is not possible to combine a discount voucher and a promotional code when placing an order.

If I return goods, will I receive a new discount voucher in exchange for one that has already been used?

Shopping vouchers are for single use only and will not be reissued in the event of a return of an order or a single product.

In the event of a return of goods, are the awarded points deducted from the Customer's account balance?

Yes, the points awarded for a given product are deducted from the Customer's account balance in the event of a return. Points for placing an order are awarded after 21 days, and a return can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. Therefore, it is unlikely that the user will have points deducted from their balance.
